Greece Tour - Athens,

DAY 1: ATHENS
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Balance of day at
leisure.
DAY 2: ATHENS
Morning sightseeing tour of Athens includes visit to the Acropolis
and its Museum. Balance of day at leisure.
DAY 3: ATHENS - HYDRA / POROS / AEGINA
Morning transfer to the pier Trocadero, to embark your cruise ship
for your full day cruises to the islands of Aegina-Poros-Hydra.
DAY 4: ATHENS / OLYMPIA
Leave by the Coastal Road to the Corinth canal (short stop). Drive
on and visit the theatre of Epidaurus, famous for its remarkable
acoustics. Then proceed to the Town of Nauplion (short stop) drive
on to Mycenae and visit the Archaeological Site and the Tomb of
Agamemnon. Departure for Olympia through Central Peloponnesus and
the Towns of Tripoli and Megalopolis. Dinner and overnight in Olympia,
the Cradle of the Olympic games.
DAY 5: OLYMPIA / DELPHI
In the morning visit the archaeological Site with the Sanctuary
of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium and the archaeological museum.
Then drive on through the plains of Eliad and Achaia until the
magnificent bridge which is crossing the Corinthian Bay from Rio
to Antirio. Pass by the picturesque Towns of Nafpactos ( Lepanto)
and Itea, arrive in Delphi. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 6: DELPHI / METEORA
Visit the archaeological site and the museum of Delphi. Depart for
Kalambaka, a small town situated at the foot of the astonishing
complex of Meteora, gigantic rocks. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 7: METEORA/ ATHENS
Visit Meteora, among striking scenery, perched on top of huge rocks
which seem to be suspended in mid-air, stand ageless Monasteries,
where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine Art. Return
to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae (visit the Leonidas
monument). Arrive in Athens early in the evening.
DAYS 8: ATHENS / ISTANBUL
According to departure flight transfer to Athens airport for the
flight to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul and transfer to your selected
hotel in Istanbul. Balance of the day at leisure.
DAY 9: ISTANBUL
A full day tour to Istanbul city including the most famous monuments like the
Agia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Roman hippodrome. After lunch visit the
Topkapi Palace and the famous Grand Bazaar.
DAY 10: ISTANBUL / BOSPHORUS
A cruise through Bosporo, the strait that separates Europe from
Asia. Enjoy the view of the wooden villas, the marble palace and
the fortresses. Disembarkation at the European part of Turkey and
transfer to your hotel.
DAY 11: ISTANBUL / TWO CONTINENTS
Early departure for the intercontinental bridge of Bosporo, to continue
to the Camlica hill at the Asiatic part of Turkey and view the
magnificent panoramic view of Istanbul. Then visit the Beylerbeyi
Palace and a typical fish village along the coast of Bosporo with
time at leisure for shopping.
DAY 12: ISTANBUL / AIRPORT
According to your departure flight, you will be transferred to the
airport.
